The Service provides articles, community features, and optional creative tools. You may use generated output for personal and commercial projects, subject to the terms of any underlying AI provider (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, OpenRouter).
4. Prohibited Conduct
- Don't attempt to break, probe, or overload the Service.
- Don't use the Service to generate content that is illegal, hateful, sexually explicit involving minors, or designed to harass others.
- Don't scrape, mass-download, or resell other users' projects.
- Don't bypass usage limits, rate-limits, security measures, or share accounts.
5. AI Output
The Service forwards your input to third-party AI providers and returns their output. The accuracy, completeness, and suitability of generated content is not guaranteed. You are responsible for reviewing and editing all outputs before use.
6. Intellectual Property
You retain ownership of the inputs you provide. Subject to the AI provider's terms, you also retain rights to the outputs you generate. The Service's own code, design, branding, workflows, and templates remain the property of their respective owners.
7. API Keys
If you provide an API key for any third-party provider, you are responsible for the costs and quotas associated with that key. Your keys are stored encrypted at rest.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for any conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or the Service.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. See the Disclaimer for details.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, neither A Help Hub nor its operators shall be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.
11. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after updates means you accept the new Terms.
